Hi Nirmal, After 12th you directly can't go for MBA... You need to have graduation at least + 50% marks Scored. After Graduation, you need to clear MBA entrance exam like CAT, GMAT, XAT, MAT (any one) and then you can apply in colleges for Your choice subject in MBA...
