After 12th you should join in B.A (flim making and television production course) .before that you have to direct some short flims it build a base to your carrer .

After that join in any institute which offer flim direction course.

Start your carrer as assistant director ..because you can learn lot more basics and more.

After getting a experience you can get your own assignment of directing flim.

You should have

good Communication skill 

Managaing skill 

Creative mind
