yes u can migrate to any college under pune university .U just need a very good aggregate in the first year .The documents needed are :1) u need NOC from your previous college .2) Your 1st year mark sheet .3) All of your 10, 12 marksheets .U need to apply as soon as u receive ur first year marksheet !
