Hey Mallika you can leave the seat allotted to you in the 2nd Round of AIQ Counselling incase you don't want to take admission in the allotted college and go for state counselling , But once you take admission in the allotted college in AIQ 2nd Round, then you can't leave it later and if you do you have to pay fine of 2 lakhs and this is implemented to prevent seat blocking.
