Candidates who got atleast 25% marks have qualified the exam.

Yes, you are eligible for 2nd round, but if you are offered a seat in the 2nd round then the seat which was allotted to you get cancelled and documents which you submitted at the certificate verification center and the admission fee paid at the 1st round allotment institute will be transferred to your newly allotted institute,

You must be cautious which excess you option / choice filling in round 2nd.
