Not sure about admission in which field you are asking for, but if you have applied for any college or institution, you will receive a confirmation email or call from the respective Institute. Initially, the Institute prepares a shortlisted list of candidates based on percentile obtained and category and if your name falls in this list, they send confirmation notification to you as earlier mentioned.

Now after this step, you will be called for admission with required documents and marksheet that you must keep beforehand. Till that time you may visit the Institute physically or website for required documents and complete admission schedule.
