The Education requirement to be eligible to appear for CG PSC is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized board or University. So you are eligible to appear for it. The candidates who are in the final year of the qualifying examination are also eligible to appear provisionally. But such candidates if selected for Main exam then they must provide the requisite passing certificates of the qualifying examination.
