Hey there buddy,i would say that it is not possible to do M.S and M.D when you do BAMS. But there are some MS courses in Ayurvedic field that you may pursue after BAMS like MS in Ayurvedic Obstetrics and Gynecology, M.S. in Ayurvedic General Surgery etc, good luck
