There is a lot of scope after B pharma. Following are the most common.

1. Getting a job directly after B.Pharm: Graduates who do not wish to pursue post-graduate studies or plan on doing them later try to get jobs after B.Pharm. Jobs are usually offered in the field of sales and marketing. Some also work as pharmacists in hospitals whereas some are able to secure jobs at manufacturing facilities of pharmaceutical companies. Some also set up their own pharmacy.
2. MBA after B.Pharm: Some students pursue MBA after B.Pharm whereas some pursue it after gaining a few years' experiences (usually in sales and marketing). Depending on your talent, qualifications, and how good your MBA school is, students are offered jobs in higher management of pharmaceutical companies. Pharma MBA is also offered by some colleges in India.
3. M.Pharm after B.Pharm: Students interested in academia and R&D take up M.Pharm. M.Pharm can be done in many fields like pharmaceutics, pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry, clinical pharmacology, pharmacognosy, biotechnology, etc. M.Pharm graduates either join the industry as scientists or as lecturers in universities. Some M.Pharm students pursue a Ph.D. which is required to become a professor in good Indian universities. A lot of Ph.D. holders also join the industry. (There is a difference between a lecturer and a professor)
4. MS/ Ph.D. after B.Pharm: Motivated students who pursue undergraduate research and gain experience via internships along with good scores in college can apply for MS or even direct Ph.D. programs abroad. GRE and TOEFL/IELTS may be required depending upon the country and university. The competition is usually very cutthroat as you are competing with applicants from all over the world.
5. LLB after B.Pharm: This is a very uncommon route. Some B.Pharm graduates pursue LLB and become lawyers. They usually later specialize in pharmaceutical jurisprudence, intellectual property law, patents, etc.
