After BS-MS Dual Degree from IISER, there are generally two path ways. One is that you can further continue your research and pursue a PhD degree in the desired field and then continue to work as a scientist or a professor in that field. Second option is to join a corporate business and work there. There are many companies that take Masters student for job roles, you can apply in such roles in your field.
