the true answer is depends on you only.because job after b.tech and doing mba/other studies after b.tech having it's own benefits.

if you're wanna start your career early or want to get industy exposure early then you've to go for job.if you're good in your financial stage and want to learn more knowledge then you can go for higher studies.for better idea,please refer this link:
