It totally depends on your interest. If you still want to continue in IT, it simply means you're up for job.

If you want to go for research you've option for PhD.

Don't go for Mtech(you can, though). It will be put to no use at all.

You can go for MBA(IT prefered/any stream) if you want to finally apply tech knowledge on business and you have a keen interest in business.

You can do any master degree basically (except medical and law but that's understandable) but it totally depends on your interest.

You can also go for certification if you want to achieve a little knowledge over something like animation, media & journalism, a foreign language.

This pretty much sums up everything you've been asking for.
