I don't think that is needed. NATA is a simple examination which some clear even without preparation. But for that you must have good drawing and aptitude skills. Maths needs practice.

NATA isn't difficult and that competitive (compared to JEE, BITSAT) so as to waste a year. Manage your boards and entrance properly and you will surely do well.
