After doing your Bcom(Hons.) you can do masters such as MBA or you can do Mcom. to get a much better job since Bcom is not enough most companies won't hire you for Bcom nowadays until and unless you are very good at something.

You can also try to find a job good enough and gain experience in it after 3-4 years of experience on a certain field you can move on to a much better job.
