The Essential Education qualification required to pursue B.Com (//B.Com) is 10+2 in any stream from a recognized board. You haven't mentioned the course that you have pursued in Government Tool Room and Training Center. If you have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with minimum percentage of marks you are eligible to get admission in B.Com (//B.Com) . The admission criteria and process will be different for each college so please check those details before applying for admission.
