As they say,

"DO SOMETHING TODAY THAT YOUR FUTURE SELF WILL BE THANKFUL FOR."

I can completely see your alignment with this thought. Since you are already training or had trained yourself in C and JAVA; the next thing that you can go for can be:

Embedded System/Robotics with Major Projects
VHDL/VLSI with Major Projects
Advanced Embedded System with Major Projects
MATLAB

You can go for either of these and can also consider remaining in the upcoming years as they are surely going to help you in future and will make you stand apart from the rest.

Also, you can look forward to attending various workshops conducted by various companies like Synopsis, which will give you an insight of the demands of a company and can help you take a better decision from the above-mentioned courses. Another benefit of attending such workshops is that these are certified and can be really helpful during Company Recruitment program.

I would suggest you to go through the course "Signals and Systems" as one of the productive things to do in your vacation. Of course, you could also learn (or practice) computer programming in different languages. You could even learn Arduino-ing, FPGA, HDL and stuff like that.
