after completing the diploma in mechanical can i get the direct admission in second year in computer engineering.

Sorry to say but NO. You cannot get Admission directly into Computer Engineering if you have your Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. You will have to do Mechanical Engineering on the basis of Diploma offered to you.
