As an architect, you can earn a starting salary about Rs. 4 Lac to Rs. 5 Lacs per annum. The salary will increase with your experience in this field. Candidates having a work experience of more than 5 years they can get salary in between Rs. 8 Lac to Rs. 10 Lacs per year. The salary is high in the private sector as compared to the government sector. 

The salary will also depend on your job profile, company, location & work experience.

B.Arch in NIT is one of those reputed Undergraduate degrees in India. Salary varies from person to person as the capabilities and the resume changes. Few grab a salary of almost 15 lakhs per annum(other countries ) and few end up getting 10,000 per month or so. Average salary package ranges between 3 lakh and 7 lakh per annum.
