Plz go through APICET official notification.it was clearly mentioned there about attending for counseling based on your rank. From rank 1-8000 will attend on 16th for counseling.so as the others as detailed in notification.and it also has specified about counseling centre depends on region you belong to. If you are from Vizag then the counseling will be at govt polytechnic kancharapalem.
