After completion of b.tech in cse can we choose to go to mobile app developmenting directly in a company

Yes,you can go if you are perfect in programming like java. If you are interested to get into mobile application development area initially you have to know basic programming logic and few other things.
In now a days mobile apps usage is increasing day by day.
