Hii Rohit!! I am glad to tell you that Yess you can directly apply for diploma in computer science after 10th. The three year diploma course will make you eligible to many jobs after completing the course. To apply, you need to get 35% marks in each subject with mathematics, science and English as compulsory subjects. Some colleges are as follows:

• H.B Patel Institute of Diploma, Panchmahal.
• Delhi Degree College, Faridabad.
• G.H Raisoni Polytechnic, Jalgaon

Yes you can take computer science after completing your 10th. If you qualify in diploma exam so you can get govt. College also otherwise you have to do from private colleges. If you want to btech after completing your diploma so you can directly admit in 2nd year.
