Candidates who have passed 10+2 in open schooling are also eligible to participate in TS EAMCET counselling provided they must have qualified in TS EAMCET. There isn't any such as free counselling. Every candidate who wish to participate in TS EAMCET counselling need to pay the processing fee at time of registration. The Processing Fee is Rs. 600/- for SC/ST and Rs. 1200/- for others. You have to pay the processing fee in order to participate in the counselling.
