After filling the declaration form of your SNAP percentile, your candidature for the college is confirmed. Most of the colleges send you a mail if you are shortlisted for further processes and if they have any forms or interview date choosing or any other  formalities they give you 2-3 days to complete the required formality. So it is very important that henceforth you check your mails very frequently.

Alternatively some colleges do not mail but release the result on their official website. So please keep a track of their websites on a daily basis so that you do not loose out on any important information. 

I hope this helped. There are two way - 1. Mail or 2. Updates on Website. The only way to stay updated is to track the websites of colleges you applied to on a daily basis. Also you can follow public forum of those institutes and some or the other person will update on those forums and you shall get to know. You can try and join some Whatsapp groups or FB groups if you find the links.
