To answer your question - yes, you can do post-graduation studies i.e. Masters in another subject which is different from your undergraduate subject of honours or major. But the subject you choose to go for in your post-graduation studies must be in the same stream as your undergraduate subject...i.e. if you belong to the science stream or arts stream or commerce then you can only go for subjects which fall under your particular stream.
