After doing your Bca , if you want to become an app developer then follow the steps :
1) Choose one major platform first like android, ios and windows. Symbain and BlackBerry RIM are also there but you know that not to go for it.

2)Get the required training and education. You may he familiar with the basis of data structure, designing and programming. You can also join online courses and study different books .

3) Become master in three areas lke Mobile user interface design, programming and business expertise.

4) Practice daily , make some projects , apply for job or internship. 

You can also go for the masters degree like masters in computer application, but for the career in app developer it is not mandatory to get a masters degree.
