Candidates who have a graduation degree in any stream from a recognized university/institute can apply for UPSC Civil Services Exam (I.A.S). Also, the age must be between 21 to 32 years of age.

Candidates applying for IAS Exam must hold a Graduation degree in any discipline from any recognized University. Candidate must be more than 21 years of age and the upper limit for age is 32 years for general candidates, however, there are certain relaxations given by the commission.
