Yes it's totally fine to get into the hospitality industry after B.com. At the end of the day it's all your decision and choices. So no matter what if you are focused enough everything will work just need proper plan of work and focus.

Yes you can do , most definitely rather that's what I am doing right now but you're at a disadvantage just like me, assuming you are already 21 years at the time of completing Bcom and are a general category student you have surpassed the maximum age to appear for JEE for IHM so you will have to settle for private colleges.

Most of them will decide according to your 12th or equivalent marks and GD or personal interviews etc depending on the private college. And keep in mind the college's reputation does come into play in the initial years.

Yes you can do Hotel Managment after any degree course but there are certain conditions like your age Should be less then 25 and even 22 for General Category candidates to join hotel managment. The eligibility criteria for Hotel Management course is +2 from any field with 50% and above marks with a recognized Board.
