Yes, you will have to pay the entire fees at a time. The college fees particulars of the college you are interested in will be availble at https://mcc.nic.in/WebinfoMedical/Page/Page?PageId=1&LangId=P

However,  neet pg fee will be refunded to the institution where the candidate has taken admission and will be adjusted against the first year annual fee .
