After GNM you may find opportunities in hospital(government as well as private), nursing homes, dispensaries, community health centers to name a few, you can work as staff nurse, ward nurse, community health nurse etc.,you can register with state nurse registration Council as RNRM,gain few years of experience, enroll for bsc post basic nursing, after this you can pursue higher studies also such as pursuing master's degree in the relevant discipline or MBA in hospitality management is also a great choice  regarding this.
