Although no one can tell you that as its really difficult to tell. All employees have their own growth stories professionally and we cannot really compare. But still it can take more than 10 years or so for an HR to get this much salary. After 10 years or more experience in HR management candidate can expect this much package . But its on an average some can achieve it early while some can't even after these many years of experience.
