To join any Medical Research Company as their Scientist or Research Analyst, you need to atleast have a Professional degree like MBBS, BDS, Ayush, BPT, courses or you should atleast hold a Master's degree in Life Sciences or Biological Sciences. You need to have studied a certification course in Medical research. Or there are Institutions like Institute of Bio Medical Research which also have courses for Candidates who want to take up Medical Research as their profession. Once you complete this course, you can apply for relevant Government jobs or apply for Research based jobs in MNCs like Accenture, Dr. Reddy's, Novartis, etc for their Health Care Projects. But right after Intermediate you cannot join any Medical Research Company. You need adequate educational qualification for that. So atleast a Professional Degree or a Master's degree should be an ideal qualification to start with.
