There are two things which the candidates can look for after their JEE Main result is declared. If the students who have scored equal to or above the JEE Main cut-off they can step into the admissions through JoSAA or state for JEE Advance.
JoSAA counselling is the centralised counselling for the admission through JEE Main and JEE Advanced rank/scores.
Through JoSAA counselling, qualified candidates will be eligible for admission into the 111 participating institutions such as IITs, NITs ,IIEST Shibpur and etc .

Hi Aspirant,

After JEE Main you need to sit for counselling in order to get admission to different colleges based on your rank.It is an exam to get admission in various engineering colleges based on merit.So after JEE Main you need to study for Enginnering for 4 years of discipline.
