You haven't mentioned which course you have pursued. If it's your bachelors, you can either go for MBA or some other postgraduate course like LLB etc according to your interest. If you get a seat in a decent colleges like the IIMs, you can surely expect great managerial jobs with high packages at top companies. You can specialise in fields like HR, Finance, Marketing etc according to the area of your interest.
