Yes after pursuing Bachelor's in business administration and bachelor's in commerce you can go for art and design . You can go for masters degree in art and design. If you want double graduation you can do double bachelor's degree as well. But I would suggest if you want to do art and design and if you have already completed BBA or Bcom then go for post graduation in art and design.
