If you want to participate in 12th Examination of NIOS then you can Register for NIOS 12th Examination Online via Official website of NIOS that is sdmis.nios.ac.in

You have to fill the Application Form and Pay the required application Fee for Registration. Please Read all the instructions Carefully before Registration.

Documents required for the Admission, you must collect all the documents mentioned below before applying for NIOS 12th Admissions.

1. Recent Passport size coloured photograph

2. Signature (preferably in Black Ink)

3. Valid identity proof (like Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License)

4. Valid proof of Date of Birth (10th Marksheet or Birth Certificate)

5. Address Proof (like Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Ration Card and Bank Passbook).

6. Caste or Category certificate (if you belongs to SC/ST/OBC)

7. Disability certificate (for Physically Handicap and Disable Students)

8. Fail Mark sheet of previous Board, failing which Transfer of Credit (TOC) marks will not be updated in NIOS result. If you are not failed in previous 12th Board then you can fill "Other" in the option, If TOC Board marked with "Other" is selected then the Result should be available on the Concerned Board Website or student has to submit result verification letter from Concerned Board as per NIOS norms.
