Now Coming to your query, As per my experience, After seat allotment in 1st round you have to visit the college before the due date for seat acceptance and to submit few documents for verification. They will send the last date to visit the college to the registerd mobile then number  so before that date you have to go to to allotted college otherwise your seat get cancelled and that seat will be added to 2nd counseling.
