Hi,

If you have not paid, then it is not submitted successfully. NATA says that if the payment is successful then you will receive the User Name and Password to the registered Mobile number and Email ID. So if you have not been able to pay, pls login and pay the application fee as your form will be rejected without payment.

There are issues with the NATA site. As on  today, it seems to be working fine as I could log in and go upto the payment page with no issues.

After filling the NATA Application form you have to upload your images then you have to apy the application fees.
