If you take admission as  non feewaiver then you have to pay full amount for the first year .You wont get any refund for the first year.but in the second year you will get chance to get the fee waiver.At the end of first year you have to submit a copy of income certificate of your family annnual income certificate.According to that you will get fee waiver in the second year.
