Hi Nisarga,

If you participate in 2nd extended round of KCET and you get an upgrade in your allotment then you will have to stick with the seat alloted to you in the extended round and won't be able to get the seat of 2nd round at any case. So if you are completely satisfied with seat you got in 2nd round then you should freeze the seat.
