yes, Pharma. D Can open Clinic to practice Clinical Pharmacy, but not Medicine. For diagnosis and treatment one has to have at least a bachelor degree in medicine and surgery (MBBS). Pharm D holders can only run a pharmacy and follow research work. Pharmacists can open pharma clinics to treat common disease and prescribe medicine.
