You must have given the exam thrice till now. If you were still not able to qualify the exam then maybe you cannot qualify the exam. You should just move forward in your life and get admitted into a college. You should ask yourself, Whether I really want to do engineering? Do I want something else in my life? You should first decide what you want to do.

After you are done deciding whatever you want, just start afresh. Do not stick to the past and whine about it. Rather move forward and work hard. Remember, Failure is not permanent. Nothing in life is permanent. If you want to change your life, you need to work for it. No matter what field you are in, you have to work hard to reach the top. This is not the end. One opportunity is gone. Thousands of more will come.

Now, if you have decided to take up engineering as your career, here is a list of few collegs where you can apply.

1. Comedk colleges (RVCE, BMSCE, MSRIT, DSCE, BIT, RVIT, etc.) through management quota
2. KIIT, MIT WPU, CU, LPU, CMRIT, Jain University, etc.
3. Engineering colleges in your state
4. GFTIs through JEE Mains

When you get into any of these colleges, you need to work really hard to make a life for you. Especially when you enter the state engg colleges. Comedk colleges and the private colleges in point 2 are well-known colleges but their fee is on the higher side. If you have a financial constraint, get into a state engg college.
