It is possible agar Aapke board result slightly kam aye h, then you can choose for the option of scrutiny. But after scrutiny, if there are any mistakes, your mark might be increased. but it's not guaranteed that mark will be increased Surely. because in scrutiny rounds your answer sheets are just Checked once again,

If you feel like the assessment of any specific question is wrong, then you can take benefit of the scrutiny.

Yes, if you believe your board exam marks do not match your performance you can apply for scrutiny (rechecking). In scrutiny the board checks if some answers were missed or there was an error in totaling the marks. If an error is found, your marks could be increased. It is uncommon but marks can sometimes stay the same or go down in a recheck.
So if you truly believe there is an error, applying for scrutiny seems like a correct and fair step.
