The registration fees/counseling fees will not be refunded. Kindly note that. For the counseling process of any entrance test you will have to pay the registration/counselling/processing fees. And even though you won't get a seat you will not be refunded with the registration fees. But to obtain a seat for an entrance test you have participate in the counseling.

Important tip: Fill as many options as possible to get admission in some college but only in which you are interested
