You have not mentioned your state of domicile, as whether you will get a government medical college with 400 marks or not, depends upon your state domicile.

Being a SC category student you may get a seat in government medical college for MBBS with 400 marks


For example
In neet 2019 , 372 marks was the lowest marks for sc category for getting a seat in government medical college under West Bengal state quota and it was  for Two colleges which are listed below

• SHRI RAMKRISHNA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES AND SANAKA HOSPITALS

• ICARE INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE AND RESEARCH AND DR BC ROY HOSPITAL HALDIA

But cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

So , you should try to get at least around 500 marks in your neet 2020 examination if you want to get a seat in government medical college
