Yes you are eligible for admission to NITs if you have scored 365 marks in the UP Board and the top 20 percentile cutoff is also 365 . Since your score matches the top 20 percentile cutoff , you fulfill the eligibility condition through the percentile route . As long as you have a valid JEE Main score , you  are completely eligible to participate in the counseling process for NIT admissions .
