Many universities and colleges provides separate courses for these fields you mentioned. However you will also find many institutes providing specialization in CSE with these subjects.

It is your choice to opt. If you choose course in these field you will have to go in details of these fields. However with CSE (specilaization), you will get basic knowledge only.
