AI Data science: It requires knowledge of statistics, data wrangling, data visualization and sometimes domain specific knowledge. It'd common tools are python R, SQL and data visualization tools like tableau ans power BI. You can have career as data scientist, data analyst, business analyst, data engineer.

AI machine learning:  It involves understanding algorithms, model training and evaluation, feature engineering and sometimes deep learning. Popular tools include python, TensorFlow, PyTorch and Scikit-learn. You can have a career as a machine learning engineer, AI specialist or research scientist.

Out of these two whichever's features attracts you more or you find interesting that will be best for you.
