The difficulty level of the paper may vary each year, so scoring a minimum amount of marks may not get you into AIIMS, your rank will. To ensure that you get into AIIMS for sure you should aim to score somewhere around 130+. A score of 140 and above will get you admission in any AIIMS of your choice.
