The paper will definitely be different for both days , if it will be same then the first day questions will be known to 2nd day students. Though level of the questions will be same but no question will be repeated . All the best for your exam !!

It is  obviously diffrent , else the people of 1st phase exam can tell questions to 2nd phase candidate and you know how much rank vary if 5-6 questions got correct by assumption .
Si, they have diffrent questions but of same difficulty level. They calculate by percentile system , so, don't worry about difficulty.
Make smart guess in assertion reason , you will get maximum correct .
