Hii aspirant ,

Coming to your question I would like to tell you that if you had not participate d in the first round of the counselling conducted by the AIIMS than you can't directly go through the third round directly .

Thus it is necessary for you to get registered in the first round you arenot allowed directly to take part in the 3rd round.
